Just A Minute – May 2011
This month was completely busy since May is usually the busiest month for me and my family. And I didn’t really have good luck this month either.
Celebrated: My birthday, Mother’s Day and my parent’s anniversary. They celebrated 30 something years together. That’s a long time, eh? :D
Rehearsing: The ballet recital. Every end of the dance year, we do a recital to show for the parents and families 2 times which will happen on Saturday, June 11th. First one is at 12pm and the second one is at 6pm. We had a rehearsal on Saturday and only 4 people (5 including myself) showed up. I’m scared of how this dance is gonna be if everyone doesn’t show up to rehearse. :( We might have to redo the whole dance if this happens.
Excited: I will start taking guitar lessons in June! :D I asked my mom if I could and she said yes! I already bought my guitar now, I wait for my lesson to come :D I only touched it 2 times and that it. XD I’m scared to hurt it. :P And I’m also excited to get a dog around the last week of August/September :D If you guys remember before I decided to reset my blog anew, that I would get a dog? I was going to get a Westie (West Highland Terrier) but I decided to get a Maltese this time. :D My friend has one and he’s soo cute and sweet!!! And I also watched an episode of CMT’s Pick A Puppy to help me choose which dog should I get. So I decided to get one :)
And this is all I’ve been doing this month! :P
Happy Belated Bday. Sorry for being MIA for like .. ever. I haven’t gotten a chance to visit blogs til today. Omg guitar lessons sounds so fun. I totally want to learn before i have children though so I can play them songs :)
Don’t worry! I’ve been MIA for a while too :3 And thank you! I’m so nervous for my first lesson :P But my teacher is the same person who is my vocal teacher, so I think I’m okay :D And aww, that’s so cute! :D You should!
At least your month was busy! Mine was filled with… nothing. I don’t know but it was boring; I can’t even recalled what I even did. Pretty much sat around the house since I’m on break.
Happy belated birthday to yourself and congrats to your parent’s anniversary! It’s super rare these days to find couples that last that long, it really is. The fact that they have is truly a feat. The longest relationship that I’ve known (in person) was my grandparents. They were married for 58 years before my grandfather died — imagine that!
You’re in ballet? Since I’ve watched Black Swan, I’m scared to take up ballet. o_o I had found it quite interesting beforehand though.
You’re lucky that you’re taking guitar lessons. If only I could play an instrument. Among others (besides the guitar), I want to learn the violin and piano. The instrument itself is expensive; don’t even want to think about paying for classes.

Yeah, I’m in my second year of ballet but sadly this is my last year. :( I’m getting too old for it but, I have enjoyed it :3 LOL I remember your comment about the movie on Twitter XD
I used to take piano, but I decided to use my voice instead :) Forget about the payment! Think of how you feel to do it! :D

Haha yay for guitar lessons! I’ve nearly had mine for three years this Christmas and haven’t got lessons yet. I’ve been teaching myself a bit, but not too well. xD Sometime I will get to it I hope. xD School is taking over!! Woo!! A dog. Guitar lessons and a dog, sounds like somebody is stealing my life! :P Maltese, aww they are so cute! Do you got any names picked out yet? (LOL, I sound like I’m asking a pregnant woman what she’s gonna name her baby. xD)
